A Payza Business Account gives you access to many great features: You can accept online payments by credit card, Bitcoin, or e-wallet, make payouts in both fiat currency and Bitcoin, and so much more. However, to get the most out of your Payza Business Account, you’ll need to get verified and complete a website review.
While this may seem like a daunting task, getting your account verified and having your website reviewed and approved is simple if you follow the guidelines in this article:
Payza Business Verification
Because Payza Business Accounts are intended for businesses, the verification requirements are more robust compared to Payza Personal Accounts. Before you can send money, make payouts, or withdraw your funds, you will need to get verified. That’s why before you start the business verification process you should ask yourself: Is a Payza Business Account Right for You?
Once you’re sure you’ve registered for the right account type, it’s time to get verified.
To complete a business verification, you will need to confirm both your personal details and your business details. You can complete the personal verification portion by following the instructions in the Payza Reference Center: What Is the Personal Verification Process? In most cases, this will require a valid photo ID and may also require a proof of address.
To confirm your business details, you are required to submit at least one proof of ownership document. Your document should contain all of the following information, but if it doesn’t you can submit multiple business documents to provide all of these details:
- The name of your business
- The main address for the business
- The business registration number
- The ownership structure
- The names of the directors and/or the names of the major shareholders or beneficial owners (25% ownership stake or more)
Acceptable proof of ownership documents include:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Shareholder Agreement or Partnership Agreement
- Articles of Association or Articles of Incorporation
- Personal verification documents for all directors and/or major shareholders
