Bank Account Withdrawals

The most common withdrawal method is by bank account. There are two ways to withdraw funds directly to your bank account: Bank Transfer and Bank Wire. In both cases, you are required to first connect your bank account to your Payza account.

If your bank account is located outside the US, you can connect it by following these steps:

  1. In your Payza account, click “Wallet” in the left-side column, then select “Bank Accounts”.
  2. Select the country where your bank account is located.
  3. Enter your bank account details in the fields provided, then click “Next”.
  4. Review the account details and click “I accept”.

If you are a US member with a US bank account, you must follow these steps to connect your bank account:

  1. In your Payza account, click “Wallet” in the left-side column, then select “Bank Accounts”.
  2. Click “Add a Bank Account”.
  3. Select “United States” as your country, then select “Deposit and Withdraw funds in local currency”.
  4. Enter your bank account details and click “Next”.
  5. Review your bank account details and Payza’s terms and conditions, then click “I accept, add bank account”.

Once connected, you can withdraw money to your bank account using a Bank Wire. To withdraw by Bank Transfer, you will also need to validate your bank account. Validation methods vary depending on location.

To withdraw by bank wire or bank transfer, follow these steps:

  1. In your Payza account, click “Withdraw Funds” in the top menu, then select “Bank Wire” or “Bank Transfer”.
  2. Select your Payza currency balance and the bank account to withdraw to.
  3. Enter your bank information, amount, and details, then click “Next”.
  4. Review your transaction details, enter your Transaction PIN, then click “Withdraw”.

Depending on your bank account, it may take up to 5 business days for your bank to receive and process the transaction, and for the funds to appear in your account. Some countries, such as India, may require additional information to complete a bank transfer transaction.

E-currency Exchanger Withdrawals

If you would like to transfer funds between different e-wallet services, you can do so by using an authorized e-currency exchanger.

An e-currency exchanger is a third-party transfer service that allows you to transfer funds from one e-wallet service to another. Payza has authorized a number of exchangers to provide this service to our customers.

To withdraw funds using an e-currency exchanger, follow these steps:

  1. In your Payza account, click “Withdraw Funds” in the top menu.
  2. Select “Exchanger”.
  3. Choose from the list of Authorized Exchangers to complete your withdraw funds transaction.
  4. Click the link to the Authorized Exchanger website and follow their instructions to set up your transaction.

Payza authorized exchangers vary by country. Different exchangers may have different procedures for creating and processing these transactions, so be sure to follow their instructions carefully.
