To streamline and strengthen our customer support services, this week we are launching a direct messaging customer support system for our customers around the globe. Whenever you are logged in to your account, you will notice a green dot in the bottom-right corner of your screen. With a simple click, you can send a secure message to our Customer Service Department concerning any issue or question you may have about your account.
Building on our commitment to developing much-needed online payments infrastructure in the country, we are excited to offer local payment services for our Indian members with Payza Personal Accounts. You can now make the majority of your online transactions in India using your local currency, the Indian Rupee. Best of all, we offer our transaction fees at highly competitive rates.
Do you enjoy adding funds instantly to your Payza account with your credit or debit card? Then we have some great news for you! We have just launched the MasterCard funding option. This means you can now add funds to your Payza account with either your MasterCard or Visa card. The choice is yours.
As part of our expansion of affordable local payment options, we at Payza are excited to announce the launch of our Interac® Online services in Canada. The Add Funds by Interac® Online feature allows our members from Canada to transfer funds from their Canadian bank accounts to their Payza account using the Interac® network. Additionally, most Canadian debit cards can be used to pay for items sold by Payza merchants across the globe.
Payza now offers even more online payment services in Turkey by introducing Bank Transfer deposits and withdrawals. The Turkish Lira is now a supported currency you can transact with your Payza Account. Great news for our Payza members in Turkey: we have added the Turkish Lira to our list of currencies you can exchange within your Payza e-wallet. You also have the option now withdraw Lira to your bank account using bank transfers. Previously, Payza members in Turkey made the majority of their transactions using the Euro.

Payza is excited to announce that localized bank transfer withdrawals are now available for our members in India! This new features gives our more than 700,000 members in India a convenient way to withdraw Indian Rupees directly to their bank accounts.
Payza will be updating our fee structure as of April 5, 2016, in an effort to deliver the best possible value to our members. Most notably, the fee for Bank Wire Withdrawals has been reduced from $25.00 per transaction to $15.00.
